This project has been over 4 months in the making but I am so, so excited to finally share my most recent culinary short 'BRIOCHE DONUTS'. This is a collaboration with Blue Barn Family Farm and their delicious lineup of coffee. I infused the cream with their Sumatra FTO – Espresso Roast which gave the filling a unique depth of flavor and earthiness. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Christian who came over to my apartment/studio and helped me film many of the shots. This was such a fun project to work on and I truly hope you all enjoy it!
